Effective today, I am pleased to announce the promotion of Heather Shuster to President of Effort Foundry.
In this new role, Heather will oversee the day-to-day operations of all Effort Foundry departments. She will report directly to me and collaborate closely with the Executive Committee, including Gene Parker, Manufacturing Manager, and Colleen Sisco, Chief Financial Officer.
Heather’s leadership, dedication, and proven track record make her exceptionally well-suited for this role. I have every confidence that under her guidance, Effort Foundry will continue to thrive and grow.
