Consistent with our efforts to provide the highest-quality, most dependable service, Effort Foundry has instituted the following team changes, effective July 8th, 2024.
Heather B. Shuster is promoted to the position of General Manager. In this position, she will report to Bill Easterly, resident, All Production and Engineering personnel will report to Heather.
Charles Holland is promoted to the position of Foundry Manager, reporting to Gene Parker (Manufacturing Manager). Chuck will be responsible for the daily operation of the Foundry (mold/core/melt & pour). As Manufacturing Manager, Gene Parker is responsible for all manufacturing: mold, pour, and finishing.
Scott Randolph is promoted to the position of Quality Control Manager and reports to Maynard Gross (Director, Quality Assurance). Scott will be responsible for the daily operations of all shop quality functions and casting certifications.
