Tanya joined Effort Foundry on April 1, 2025. She reports to Heather Shuster, General Manager, and will be responsible for maintaining, communicating, and updating customer casting schedules. Her goal is to minimize last-minute “surprise” casting schedule changes. Tanya comes to Effort Foundry with over 20 years of production scheduling experience.
